The ingredients needed to make Kibbeh:
- Provide 200 gm of For Coating wheat bulgur.
- You need 200 gram of ground mince.
- Take 1 tsp of curry powder.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin powder.

- You need 1 of medium size onion chopped.
- Use 150 gram of ground mince.

- Prepare 1 tsp of dried mint powder.
- You need 3/4 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Take 1 tbsp of pine bura or chopped almond.

- Provide of Vegetable oil for cooking and frying.
Instructions to make Kibbeh:
- Take bulgur in a bowl add 1/4 cup water and cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes add curry powder,cumin powder,salt and chopped onion in this and transfer in a bowl,now add ground mince in it and mix well.
- Now cover the bowl and keep it in fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.
- For Stuffing, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add chopped onion,when translucent add minced garlic,curry powder,black pepper,cumin powder,and nuts and mix well.
- Now add ground mince and salt in it and mix well cover it and cook it for 10 minutes or till cook when done switch of gas.
- Now add dry mint leaves powder in it and mix.
- Now take chilled water rub on palm take a amount of bulgur and nice mixture make hollow cup, place stuffing in centre, cover it nicely from all sides,make all Kibbeh patties like this.
- Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry this patties till light brown in colour.
- Fry all patties like this and keep on paper to remove excess oil.
- Now Kibbeh is ready to serve,serve hot for more taste with green and tamarind chutney.
